1. Do you require a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

Yes. We focus on serving wholesalers, distributors, hair salons and established brands. Because we prepare every purchase order separately, each Minimum Order Quantity MOQ with any length and any color need to reach 1kg. At the same time, reasonable quantity of hair can save money for shipping, as well as lower down the items cost which will benefit both sides.

2. What’s your lead time?

For bulk order, around 7 to 15 days. The lead time usually varies within this time range, depending on the quantity in the order, the number of colors in the order, the amount of orders we received from other clients, and the time of the year (peak seasons are around fall, and Christmas). For every firm order, we give an accurate lead time of each parcel to our clients. Meanwhile, we assure that we will remind you in advance of our production schedule in peak seasons, so that you could arrange your orders and stock in the most comfortable way.

3. What are your suggestions on shipping?

We are very experienced in shipping by sea and by air. We have collaborated closely with Express companies like FedEx and DHL for years, enjoying favorable freight and service. And we are very happy to share the favorable service with you to save your cost. On the other hand, if you have your own collect account, we are also open to ship hair with your account.

4. How do you deal with quality issue?

We put a batch number on each piece of our product or its package to help trace the hair quality.

We suggest you to inspect the hair quality upon the arrival of our goods. If you find any quality discrepancy out of the contract standard or approved sample between us, please let us know immediately by providing the batch number or contract number. We will take full responsibility of any quality discrepancy caused by our end by repairing the goods, replacing the goods, or giving refund if necessary.

5. How do I place an order in an efficient way?

If you want to upgrade your present order, or have a new order, feel free to let us know your idea.

We suggest you to share your order or target price, and we can discuss to reach an agreement on the quality and price for your order. 6. What kind of hair do you provide?

We only supply natural raw unprocessed human hair that use for hair extensions and wigs. We are not a hair extension manufacturer or factory.

7. Do you supply packaging?

Yes. At your request, We source packaging for our clients from different professional suppliers. This helps us to control the general quality and lower down the general cost.

8. What payment methods do you accept?

9. Do you accept orders placed outside of the UAE?

We sure do! We ship worldwide. Buyer is responsible for all fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping to their respective countries.
